Apparently there's a wee bit of confusion goin' on 'round here...
A couple of months ago, Ryan was pursuing a new career, and that career path would have made it necessary for me to lock down Peanut's Page. So we took all of the necessary steps... including collecting all of your e-mail addresses and what-not... and then, during the interviewing/testing/interrogation process, Ryan decided that particular career path just wasn't the right fit. Just kidding on the interrogation part. Kind of.
So, mere days after 'going private,' I got to unlock my blog again... so that I may continue to torture the WORLD with my random banter.
I could have sworn I let y'all (there I go again with the y'all business...) know about the change back to 'normal,' but then again, my neurons are firing to the beat of their own drum these days.
Those of you who didn't think you could post about the giveaway, in actuality, CAN post about it!! So go, quick! Spread the word and earn yourself another giveaway entry!! Remember, you've got until Friday...

Me. again.
Somehow, I feel like a moron for writing three posts in one day.. that, or I justhavenothingbettertodo. But why would we talk about such things? Because I do have a life. I swear. Today, for example, I took a shower! and I went to the store for pizza toppings! and I worked on our taxes! I am a machine.
Anyway, I'm only here to let everyone know that due to an unfortunate chain of events, it is no longer necessary for me to keep Peanut's Page all locked up like Fort Knox. or like the turnpike on a Monday morning. or like... neveryoumind, that one was yucky.
So, after all of the chaos and commotion, hubbub and bru-ha-ha (is that a real word?) we go back to the way things were... and hey! I survived the whole blasted thing without ever entering the fetal position! I rock! right.
Alright, someone has to make dinner... where's that darned maid I'm always looking for? look in the mirror, mama! She never comes when I call her. Worthless, I tell you.

Is this thing on?? Can you hear me?
Well, it's done. Peanut's Page is now a private blog.
I have visions of myself sitting in a sparse conference room, waiting for those first few people to open the door, peer in, and realize they're in the right place.
Hopefully everyone's invitations arrived successfully. I feel like I should do a role call or something! ha! If you're up for the challenge, leave me a comment and let me know you're here?? It'd be even more fun if you leave an interesting fact about yourself in your comment. C'mon... you know you wanna... it'll be fun!!
If time--ok, who are we kidding?--if CAMDEN permits, I'll be back tomorrow with a post about some of the 'stuff' I've been up to over the last few days. I've missed writing normal posts in the midst of getting everything set up.

Sweet Baby Mine...
He sure is a cutie...

...but he'd be a whole heck of a lot cuter if he were actually sleeping, and not fighting to stay awake! yeesh!
(Obviously, this is a picture from another day! ha!)
Final reminder... Peanut's Page is battening down the hatches tomorrow!!

Once upon a time... THIS IS IMPORTANT!
So. Here's a story for you.
Once upon a time, there was a girl with a blog. She loved her blog. She wrote dutifully for well over a year, and was quite pleased with herself for sticking to something for so long. Her blog was her happy place... a place where she could go and be herself, and where she could post far too many pictures of her little cutie pie.
But then one day, bloggie girl's husband decided to apply for a new job. He labored over his application for hours, crossing his t's and dotting his i's, and collecting all of the necessary (and obscure!) information.
And then a terrible thing happened. Bloggie husband said to his wife, "you know you'll have to set your blog to (gasp!) private, right?"
With a frown and sad eyes, bloggie girl moped, "you mean not everyone will be able to see my blog? people will have no choice but to announce themselves if they're to read about our lives?"
...and so it was decided. Bloggie girl would have to go into lock-down.
Peanut's Page will have to go under wraps. The nature of Ryan's job application and the job itself, and the fact that a very extensive background check will ensue, means we need to privatize a bit. There are some real crazies out there, ya know!
I still want ALL of you to stick around though, so please don't go?? It's easy to keep reading... all you have to do is send me an e-mail (ChristinaWeedon @ yahoo.com) or leave a comment with your e-mail address. I'll give a few days, so that I don't lose anyone in the shuffle, and then send out invitations to readers and click over to private.
This is a chance for you to de-lurk... and I know you're out there!! Tristan's friend from Bothell? Keep reading! *wink* and all of the rest of you too... this is a REALLY hard thing for me to do, silly as it might sound, and it makes me sad, somehow.
Ok... I'm ready to hit Publish, and you'll likely find me rocking back and forth in the fetal position in a corner somewhere until I get some reassurance that I'm not going to lose my readers. Sigh.
