Thoughts... on re-doing.

Remember my mirror?

I can't tell you how positively giddy it made me to find this one over at High-Heeled Foot in the Door. Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks they're fabulous! SO THERE! Ha!

*ehem*

Aaaanyway.

I must confess, I'm not totally thrilled with the current color of my little find. I want to change it, somehow. But some *major* redecorating is on the horizon, so we'll just have to see where my imagination takes me.

I must also confess that I really had no clue how popular these mirrors are (are? are becoming? is this a new thing? I'm not sure...) I just knew it was cute and had potential.

Also fueling my ever-present urge to re-do? Better After. If you've never seen this site, you should take a look. It's so inspiring!

I'm enjoying flipping through that Better After blog. It's neat to see people's creative juices in action. Certainly inspiring. :) I personally don't see why so many people like to paint their natural woods. I really like natural woods and if they need to be re-finished then that's great, but I don't think I ordinarily would opt for color. Fakey woods, absolutely. /shrug

There's something about this time of year that makes me want to change everything in my house. I'm currently eyeing my dining chairs for a major overhaul!
