I'm always amazed at the difference a little editing can make in a photo. I'm really taking a liking to my newest editing software, called Lightroom.
Take this picture, for example:
This is the SOOC (straight-out-of-camera) shot.
This black & white version was achieved with a pre-set in Lightroom. Similar to a Photoshop Action, it's a series of tweaks that all happen with a single click.
Another pre-set, this one focuses on color.
...and another. This time, the pre-set was called 'fantasy island,' and make the photo look, well, a little "dreamy," dontcha think? I'm not partial to this option. Maybe that's because I haven't quite figured out how to tone it down yet.
This time, I chose a 'wedding styling' pre-set. I like this. It adds depth, no?
Branching out on my own... I warmed the photo up a bit, took out some of the 'harshness' in Camden's skin-tone, and added a vignette--the darkness around the edges of the photo.

I'm just starting a Photospot class. I can't wait to learn to do all that kind of stuff with my photos!
-->I like the third one the best. Cute baby!
I like the Wedding Styling pre-set, but it seems almost too much for a baby. I actually like the one you did yourself. And yeah--the fantasy one? Makes Camden look too pink. :)
These are great! All beautiful in their own way. And it helps that your 'model' is adorable!
Stopping by from MBC and following. :)
