Things that Amuse or Confuse...

Often, when I'm out and about, I see things that fascinate me for one reason or another. More often than not, the 'something' I've seen makes me either laugh out loud, or shake my head and mutter.

I snap quick photos when I can, because life is one big blog post these days. When I get the photos loaded to my computer, though, I'm sometimes at a loss for what I want to say, and so those photos sit in my files until I either delete them, or write a post like this one.

Let's call it, "Things that Amuse or Confuse Christina."

Example One:

The Serta Sheep. This job fascinates me. Let me tell ya--it was *hot* on the day I took this picture. Can you imagine what it would feel like to dance around on the street corner, swaddled in stinky, sweaty faux-sheep??

Example Two:

This picture neither amuses nor confuses. No, it, in fact, makes me reallyreallyreally excited! I've been longing for a real grocery store for ages. Trader Joe's is set to open soon, and I can't wait!

Example Three:

Can you see this man? I was driving down the road when he came zipping up next to me on the sidewalk. I was driving 38 miles per hour--and he was beating me. On that little scooter! Unfortunately, what you cannot clearly see in this photo is his mohawk, which was flapping wildly behind him.

Example Four:

Someone please tell me these do not qualify as 'shorts'?? Because I've got underwear that provide more coverage than that little scrap of denim.

Example Five:

Huh? Oh--wait! I know that kid! ...ok, confession, that's my little Camden. But I just had to show you his cute little "I'm so excited my nose is scrunched up!" face.

Example Six:

Hey, I've got a thing for deer, alright? Especially the babies... see them? They're twins!

One final note... please excuse the lack-luster photography in these pictures. They've all been taken in an instant, before I a) was caught; or b) crashed. Yes. Sometimes I take photos while driving. Get over it. Thankyouverymuch.

Love the pics! Thanks for sharing them. And Trader Joe's is a great store!

I love the "randomness" of this post.

Trader Joe's is a great store. I hope they build one in our area next!

Your little guy is super cute. What a happy boy he is!

I agree that those shorts belong in the underwear department.

And I do not envy that sheep's job.
