Packin' my bags for Pregnancy Hell...

Whatever anybody tells you, it wasn't me who ate the hot dogs and drank the Pepsi for lunch! I swear!

What? I've got ketchup on my shirt? Crap... you caught me.

Why are there SO many rules to follow while you're pregnant? Don't eat this, that, or that over there either... make sure you DO eat this, that and the other thing... remember your vitamins, drink gallons of water every day, sleep on your left side... no dunks in the hot tub... what gives?!

It's enough to drive a paranoid preggie like myself absolutely bonkers. I'm really on a roll today, too. Woke up on my back, as usual... forgot my vitamins... hot dogs and a Pepsi... probably stood too close to the microwave while I nuked my 'dogs...

I'm probably going to pregnancy hell.

Hahahahaha! Been there, done that! Let me tell you how many sodas I've had since Evan was born! And latte's from Starbucks...shame! It felt so good to do whatever I wanted after my pregnancy...like I had free reign to reek havoc to my body or something! Before you know it your little one will be here and you'll be an 'aholic' in something! hahahaha!

I just wanted to say hi...I am a total stranger who has come upon your blog and I have to say I am so thankful that you chose to share your experiences. I, too, miscarried my first baby only 7 weeks ago, and I am so sorry for your loss as well. I have found comfort and joy reading through your blog, and I am so happy that your pregnancy is going well! Its never easy talking about a loss, but your story has helped me and I now look forward to trying to conceive again soon. I hope all is going well and will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!

People told me I shouldn't eat salami while I was pregnant but I craved it ALL the time. I would sneak a sandwich every once and a while when no one was looking. But then one day I forgot to hide my secret and ordered a spicy italian from Subway and a woman next to me said "you know you aren't suppose to eat lunch meat while you pregnant". I felt so guilty I changed my order and left with a veggie delight. BLAH! Then I went home and added a little salami. Hahaha!
Don't worry honey, in a few short months you will be able to eat all the dogs and drink all the pop you want :-)
