Have you ever had one of those moments where everything starts to feel so REAL? I had one of those yesterday... I know this pregnancy is real, and I'm sooo eager to meet this little guy, but I had one of those "aha!" moments yesterday when we started our baby registry at Babies 'R' Us.
There we were, choosing and scanning all things tiny and blue... and it just dawned on me... there's a baby in here, growing and growing, and before I know it, he'll be here. In my arms. This is so much different than "last time," and so much more... well, real.
I'll save my sappy, hormonal thoughts for the pages of my non-existent journal, and give you the good part. Our registry!
You can see it HERE.

It always amazes me the things they have for baby these days. There's always something new! Maybe I missed it, but I don't see a wipe warmer on there. My bro said that was a life saver with their little guy! Especially during late night changes. I love baby shopping!!! :D
Hi Shara!
Registry isn't done yet, so there's more to come :o)
I'm a little torn on a wipes warmer though, because I've got visions of having to use a "cold" wipe when we're in public somewhere and baby coming UNGLUED because how DARE I use a cold wipe on his little bum?! lol!
Any mommies out there have an opinion one way or the other? Am I over-thinking, as I often do??
I am so excited for you guys...give Ryan a hug for me and yourself.

Don't get a wipe warmer. The girls cried the first couple of week yes, and night time was not fun. But they got over it. I am known for spoiling the girls as well and I thought that one was a bit much!! If you want to warm them up you could always run some warm water in a bowl and dip them in that (who really wants to do that either in the middle of the night???)
BUT anyway....What a great moment. You deserve these and many many more moments!
Hi. just wanted to suggest something (I hope you don't mind). I saw that you had Dr. Brown's on there. We LOVE them. However, I think you have the kind that are not BPA free. I would suggest adding 2 of the 3 pack of BPA free, 12 ounces size (it would be the same price http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3092104) only you wouldn't get the smaller bottles. Babies grow so quickly he will probably be out of the smaller size by 2 or 3 months anyways.
Again, just a suggestion!
Oohhh... great thinking on the BPA bottles Kelly! Thanks!
I'll check 'em out online and switch the variety on our registry. I didn't even THINK to check for the BPA!
Thanks for the informative information - I enjoyed reading it! I always enjoy this blog. :) Cheers, childbirth videos to watch online
