Seven things I love, in no specific order:

1. The feeling of accomplishment I get when I take a picture, load it to my computer, edit it a bit and love it! Maybe that's weird, but it makes me feel like I'm learning and improving, ya know?

2. Ryan and Camden. Need I say more?

3. A freshly cleaned house. The smell of 'clean,' the clutter-free surfaces, the lack of kitty fur... it's just... good.

4. Summer. Flowers, veggie gardens, getting a tan, the warmth, the sun...

5. Cold, cotton sheets. They're just not the same if they're warm when you get in, right? Even better if they're freshly washed.

6. Creativity. Doesn't matter the genre, just creativity in general... I like the fact that I'm able to create my own recipes, my own projects, my own photos... does that even make sense?

7. Reading and writing. It's fun to put your feet up and slip away into a good book--and it's fun to write, too! I'll likely never write a book, so I'll just stick to blog posts for now!

Veronnica sent me a Blog Pop. What is a blog pop, you ask?? Oh, ya know... that little thing over there to the right. See it?? It's pretty, and pink! and girlie! Anyway, it means she loves my blog... and that makes my heart happy. Because when y'all are happy, I'm happy. I just said y'all. I've got to stop reading Pioneer Woman for so many hours a day...

My FIVE FANTASTIC, FUN bloggie choices...

1. Jill, from Homemade by Jill. I don't know if she even KNOWS I read her blog (??) but you really should check out all of her fabulous crafty ideas. Her blog is where my elephant taggy blanket originated from. She hasn't posted much lately, because she just welcomed her new baby home, but trust me--it's a blog worth waiting for!

2. Jana, from The Meanest Mom. She's just downright funny... trust me! But she's also been through a lot lately... so head on over there, laugh your butt off, and be thankful for your kiddos who are home and in your arms.

3. Stephanie, also known as the Crockpot Lady. Have I ever mentioned how much I adore my crockpot? It's amazing... and sometimes I think that without that little contraption, there would be no dinner. She's got some great recipes--and they're so EASY!

4. Money Saving Mom. Trust me, just go there. Her site is a WEALTH of information you never knew you needed. She helped me get a big start on couponing... and I've been visiting since!

5. There are two parts to this one. First, Jessica from Having Faith. She's an awesome mama, and she's got funny stories and great things to share! I got an award?! Yippee!

I got an award today from my sweet bloggie friend, Swampgirl! I love to read her blog for crafty ideas and to see her marvelous thrifting finds... and because she's re-doing a 1907 house--and let's face it, it doesn't get much cooler than that. Thanks for the award!
