Quite possibly...
I'm still here. Just... busy. Let's call it busy.
More on that later. I promise to let you in on my secret eventually.
Every time I log in to my blog lately, there are 'anonymous' comments advertising dirty websites, preparation for the year 2012, or... other junk. What is UP with that? Please ignore them. I do my best to delete that stuff, but don't always find them right away.
This post has absolutely nothing to do with these two photos, but I like them. And if I didn't post the photos, it might be a little difficult to brag about my new lens. It was my birthday gift, along with a new external flash.
New camera goodies make me swoon.
I've got an engagement session coming up on Saturday... check back later next week for some photos!

(almost) Wordless Wednesday
Sometimes we just need a nap... y'know?
I inadvertently fell asleep while putting Camden into bed for his afternoon nap the other day. When we woke up, I could hear the faintest little snore coming from Daddy's chair.
So we crept out of bed and over to where he sat to investigate. This is what we found.

What I wouldn't give...
...to trade places with this sweet kitty for 24 hours.
Can you imagine? When she's asleep, nothing bothers her. She's in her own little world of sweet, uninterrupted happiness.
Until this guy comes along, anyway.

Please excuse me while I whine a bit...
It isn't even noon, and I'm eating this. We'll call it lunch. Right? Right.
Why, you ask? Because today officially sucks. I thought yesterday was rough. Was I ever mistaken! I feel like pouting. and stomping.
Camden isn't pleased with today, either. I'm about 99% sure the little guy is working on a tooth... especially given the drool that is, quite literally, pouring from his mouth today.
While I was drying my hair, Camden waited in his bouncy seat. It was all I could do to keep him from screaming... but we made it through alive. Finishing up the last bit of drying, and I hear a freaky-loud crash...
Please note, Tyson, pictured above, is not the guilty party. She is hiding under the bed. If she knows what is good for her, she'll stay there. For a long, long time.
While I was cleaning, I spilled the cat water all over the place...
...and had to refrain from swearing. like a sailor. Boy, was I ever gettin' riled up. Camden too... he was still strapped in to his bouncy and screaming. Mother of the year award, right here!!
But, there is a reprieve. A light at the end of every tunnel. There is... nap time. Bless the wee ones and their need for naps.
So, for now at least, all is quiet on the Weedon front.
...and you know what? Looking at this photo, I spy, with my little eye, TWO kitties. Which means Miss O, who should be hiding, is not. Oh, how quickly she forgets.
Mommy has not forgotten, little kitty.

Psssst!
There's a baby sleeping on my lap (I should just get "sucka!" tattooed on my forehead now...) and I've got nothing better to do...
Don't forget to leave your Q's for the Q&A! Humor me, people!
...and here's what I found this morning:

Can't you hear her saying, "but mama... you don't need to brush your teeth! I'm comfy!"
