I fell off the wagon last week and didn't participate in Focus Friday, so I've got nothing to report on. I do, however, have a goal for this week. Ready for it?
Here it comes...
Sit Ups. or Crunches. Whatever you call 'em. Every day, all week.
I tried to do a few leg-lifty things the other day, made it to four and thought I was going to die. That, and I was laying on the floor too close to the oven and I happened to catch a glimpse of the cat hair under there... heaven help me.
Anyway, I think it's safe to say I should start with something other than the leg-lifty things, hence the crunchy-things. and I'll be doing them somewhere other than the rug in the middle of the kitchen.
